How to track my order?

How long does order takes to ship?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that there may be slight delays during sales and promotional periods.
Is there a warranty?
Our products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. Each piece undergoes rigorous quality control before being shipped. To help your jewelry maintain its original sparkle, we recommend following our care instructions.
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Items that are lost or stolen
- Regular wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or fading
- Damage or discoloration caused by exposure to chemicals, swimming pools, or bathing
- Physical damage, including chipped or cracked stones, bent or worn-out prongs causing loose or dropped stones, and damaged clasps, chains, or links
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs that cause damage
- Improper use or storage
- Environmental factors, such as hard knocks, extreme temperatures, or moisture exposure
For repairs involving loose stones or parts, please ensure that these components are included with the item. Additional charges will apply for replacing missing parts.
Is there a return/exchange policy?
At Love Estella Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If it’s not quite right, you can initiate a return. All returns will be processed as store credit.
To be eligible for a return,
- Return is initiated by the customer within 15 days of fulfilment*
- The item(s) must be new, unworn, unaltered and in its original packaging.
- The item(s) to be mailed back within 14 days of return authorization.
- No returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Gift cards and sale items are final sale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns are sent at buyer’s own discretion, and we are not responsible for lost postal mail.

How do I determine ring size?
Our adjustable rings are designed to fit a variety of finger sizes, making them perfect for gifting and versatile for any look. No need to worry about precise sizing—they’re suitable for all weather and styles, and they’re as comfortable as a fixed band! Just provide your ring size during product selection, and we’ll adjust the ring to fit before shipping. Even if the fit isn’t perfect, our rings are easily adjustable within seconds. Are all your stones natural and genuine?
We use natural semi-precious stones, all authentic and genuine. However, we also incorporate moissanite, a high-quality lab-grown gemstone that offers exceptional brilliance (find out more about moissanite vs. CZ in a separate FAQ!). Some designs also feature cubic zirconia (CZ) as accent stones for extra sparkle. Each listing provides more details on the specific stones used in each piece.

What are the shipping fees & delivery timeline?
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days and shipped from Singapore. Please note that there may be slight delays during sales and promotional periods.
Domestic Orders: Shipped via SingPost Speedpost and takes 1-3 working days. Shipping is free for local Singapore orders S$60 and above. For orders under S$60, delivery fee is S$5. We also offer DHL Express shipping, which takes 1-2 working days and costs S$15.
International Orders: FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS
Shipped via SingPost (no tracking mail). This free shipping option is sent via SingPost and does not include tracking.For added peace of mind, you may upgrade to one of our fully trackable delivery options in the table below.

Preparing your return:
- Head over to “Orders” under your account information to submit your return request.
- Return address details will be sent to your email upon return authorization.
- Include the item(s) & all original packaging and documents (the packing slip) in the package.
- Returns will be first processed and inspected by our quality assurance team. Our team will contact you if any further details are needed.
- We will credit your account with store credits within 10 business days of receiving your return. Please note that the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the store credits to be issued.

Tarnish is a natural process that makes your jewelry look a bit dull or discolored over time. It happens to metals like copper, brass, and silver, but don’t worry—it’s perfectly normal and it is not your fault!
Why Does Tarnish Happen?
Think of tarnish like how your favorite white sneakers get dirty over time. Just like you can clean your sneakers, you can clean your jewelry to remove tarnish. Here’s why tarnish happens:
- Chemical Reactions: When metals like silver come into contact with elements in the air, such as oxygen and sulfur, they undergo a harmless chemical reaction called oxidation. This can start as a dull or golden hue and eventually turn black.
- Environmental Factors: The air around us, especially in humid or polluted areas, contains chemicals and gases that can speed up tarnishing. Even places like hair salons and kitchens can cause faster tarnishing due to the chemicals and gases present.
- Everyday Items: You’d never guess, but everyday things like eggs, hairspray, and perfume can also cause your jewelry to tarnish faster, just like certain foods or spills can stain your clothes.
Is Tarnish Harmful?
Tarnish is just a thin layer on the surface of your jewelry and doesn’t harm the metal underneath. In fact, sometimes trying to remove tarnish can do more harm than the tarnish itself.
How to Handle Tarnish:
While you can’t completely stop tarnish, you can slow it down and clean it off when it happens. Here are some simple tips:
- Regular Gentle Cleaning: Clean your jewelry with mild soap and lukewarm water, then dry with a soft cloth.

How to adjust huggies that won’t close or feel too loose?
It’s natural for huggies to loosen over time, especially with the nature of sterling silver. If your huggies are no longer clicking securely, don’t worry – this can be easily fixed!
Start by holding the huggie open and gently lifting the curved post upward, just a tiny bit. Continue making small adjustments until you hear the familiar click.


If you happen to lift it too much, simply push the post back down slightly to find the perfect fit. With this quick and simple trick, your huggies will be back to working like new!
Can I wear jewelry to shower?
While some shops say it’s okay to shower with jewelry, that’s a no-go! Water and soap can dull silver, gems, and wear down plating. Ask any seasoned jeweler or experienced craftsman, and they’ll tell you: keeping your jewelry dry is the secret to keeping it’s shine.
The only metals truly safe for the shower are solid gold and platinum. Do note that exposure to harsh chemicals in soaps or shampoos can still affect the surface of even solid gold and gemstones.
How should I care for my opal jewelry?
- Keep them dry 💧: Opals are sensitive to moisture, which can cause them to lose their color over time. Avoid water, steam, and humidity. To keep them vibrant, store them in a dry environment and avoid prolonged exposure to water.
- Store them separately: Opals are delicate and can be scratched by harder stones. Keep them in a soft pouch or jewelry box.
- Avoid extreme temperature changes: Sudden shifts in temperature can cause opals to crack or become dull.
If your opal loses its color or becomes cloudy, you can try these drying methods to help restore it:
- Place the opal in a sealed container with silica gel packets to absorb moisture. Leave it for a few days to a week.
- If silica gel isn’t available, bury the opal in dry, uncooked rice for a few days to help draw out moisture.

What materials do you use?
The base materials that we use are quality Sterling Silver and Solid 14k or 18k Gold used in demi-fine and fine jewelry and can be passed down from generation to generation. Do keep in mind that they require some TLC as they are still made from precious metals and delicate stones.

Repairs
Do you offer repair services?
We understand that accidents and wear and tear happen over time—no worries! For repairs, please send us an email at contact@loveestellajewelry.com. Allow approximately 10 working days from the confirmation of your return for repairs. This timeframe may be extended if custom parts or stones are required. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your item. Please note that this timeframe does not include delivery time and may be longer during sales or peak periods.
My jewelry needs a repair, but it's out of warranty. What should I do?
If your item requires repair after the warranty period has expired, we are happy to provide a repair quote. Before sending back your piece of jewelry, please email a picture to our customer service at contact@loveestellajewelry.com. We will coordinate with our repair service team and provide you with a quote. We cannot proceed with any repair until we receive formal approval and payment for the quoted amount.
